Just what it sounds like... This is an upgrade patch to upgrade from version 2.5 of the game up to version 2.6 of the game.
aaourlsetup
This neat liitle program is just a registry hack that installs the necessary information in your registry to transform web links that begin with AAO:// in to links that will start-up your AA game and automatically place you on the game server for whatever IP address is in the link address. For example, if you had this installed and clicked on AAO://66.55.131.127:1716 your AA game would start-up automatically and you would automatically join our 2.6 Bridge server. Who wants to bother with searching for the server when you can start your game, sign in to your account, and join the server, all with one click?
aawatcher_v2.6a
This great little program is a life saver. Literally! How many times have you pressed Alt-Tab to minimize your game screen until the next round after getting killed on a map? And how many times have you opened the game screen up again, only to find that you've been idle at spawn for the last five minutes? Well, this little program will change all that. When you minimize your game, a little timer pops up on your desktop showing you how much time is left in the round. And if the round ends early, no problem. A small alarm sounds off at the beginning of every new round. So, whether you are checking your email between rounds or stepped in to the other room to grab a drink, this program will make sure you never miss the start of a new around again.

This is an already installed version 2.6 game that was installed and then archived. This special collection was put together for all those who have older versions of the game installed, but still want to play version 2.6.This can be downloaded and placed in your Program Files directory on your computers hard-drive, after which it can be played just the way it is. No need for installing it, no need for playing with the registry or installing multiple versions of the game one at a time. All the required files are already here. Just grab this and start playing.

KeyOps
A light and simple little program with big results. This program provides a graphical interface (a menu) that allows you to assign various keybinds to your keyboard and mouse. It also show what commands or actions are already assigned to what keys so that you don't accidentally overwrite an important key or use the same bind twice on two different keys. It's super easy to use and super helpful.
Switch
Simple text file scripts that allow a server admin to automatically switch entire teams from one side of the game to the other For example, entering the command line for the scripts just before the start of a new round will cause everyone currently on Assault to move to Defense, and everyone currently on Defense will be switched to Assault. It doesn't matter if it's Assault, Defense, East, West, etc. It just switches teams, period. And because of the way the script is run, no player can opt out of switching. There is no way for players to avoid or override the switch.
TSOverlay
Great program that shows a small Teamspeak menu on your game screen when you are logged in to Teamspeak. It has many options and can show as much or as little about the Teamspeak server and the other people on TS with you.
VentriloOverlay
Great program that shows a small Ventrilo menu on your game screen when you are logged in to Ventrilo. It has many options and can show as much or as little about the Ventrilo server and the other people on Vent with you.
Wep_Scripts
Simple text file scripts that allow a server admin to automatically forceclass their choice of weapons on a server simply by entering the script command followed by the weapon type that want everyone on the server to have. The scripts use the Admin forceclass command and, when run, apply to every player on the server. There are also random weapon scripts included, along with instructions on how to make your own random or custom weapon scripts for the server.

These files are for the slow, but necessary, process of installing and working your way up to version 2.8.5 of AA. We wish we had a better solution, but 2.8.5 brought along the introduction of the new Deploy Client. That means finding a full install file has been very hard so far. The patching system above is being offered right now because these are the only files we have been able to find that we know are "clean" and safe because they came from good sources. If we manage to find a "clean" and safe version of AA version 2.8.5, we will definitely post it here.
