How To Open Maps Offline

Start your game normally. After the game console has opened, simply press the Tilde key (~) and when the command line appears, enter the Open command to start the map you want to load. Then, just play away. This is great for getting familiar with a map, training on your own, or just getting familiar with basic commands and other functions of the game. (All MP Cheat commands will work while playing in offline mode like this.)

One of my favorite things used to be opening up maps, and then using "Ghost" mode to fly all around so I could get familiar with the map and it's terrain, it's borders, etc., etc. And the best part is, I could fall off the bridge or die just about any other way you can think of, and it never took points away from my score. Playing in Offline Mode does not affect your honor points, your player averages, or anything else that might track your game play.

Note: For information on using various weapons and assuming different squad roles, etc., in Offline Mode, please see the forum post just above this one titled, Weapons & MPCheats to learn more about force-classing weapons for yourself and other cool tricks.

Command: Open mapname where mapname is one of the maps listed below.

Example: If I type the command Open Bridge_SE, the map Bridge Crossing Second Edition will open (in offline mode) so that I can run around the map and do pretty much anything I want!
